Hey all! I've been taking these ashwagandha gummies from Green Vibe for a week now and feeling pretty chill. But I'm also a coffee addict - 3 cups a day easy. Anyone know if it's safe to combine? I heard ashwagandha can lower cortisol, but coffee spikes it. Will they cancel out or am I fine?

I'm Paleo so I avoid coffee anyway, but from what I've read, ashwagandha is adaptogenic so it might help with the jitters. I'd say just listen to your body. Maybe try a half dose of coffee first? But yeah, no major interactions I know of.

Dude, I'm a digital nomad and run on coffee + ashwagandha. Been doing it for months. No issues. Actually feels smoother - less crash. Just don't overdo either. I stick to one cup of black coffee and one gummy in the AM. Works great for focus.

Taste-wise, if you're getting flavored gummies, might clash with coffee. Mine are berry and with my morning brew it's kinda weird. But safe? I think so. Just check if your specific brand has caffeine warnings. Some ashwagandha blends have extra stimulants.

Thanks guys! I'll try Rhino's routine - one cup and one gummy. Tom, good point, mine are plain, no extra stuff. Appreciate the input!
