Hey everyone! Planning a trip soon - mix of flying, road tripping, and some hiking. I've been taking ashwagandha gummies daily for stress, but never traveled with them. Do these things melt in heat? What's the deal with TSA - can I just toss them in my carry-on? Any storage tips for keeping them fresh on the go? Thanks!

lol another gummy question. Honestly, they're basically candy with a fancy label. Of course they can melt - sugar/gelatin + heat = sticky mess. TSA doesn't care as long as they're not liquid over 3.4oz. But seriously, are you sure you need these? Placebo effect is strong with supplements.

If you get sugar-free ones like I do, they're less likely to melt! Check your ingredients - sugar-free gummies use different bases. For TSA, I always put mine in a clear ziplock with my other supplements. On road trips, keep them in the cooler section, not direct sun. Hiking? Maybe a small insulated pouch.

Minimalist approach: decant a few into a tiny container. Less bulk, less melt risk. TSA approved if solid. I use a small pill case. For storage, avoid car dashboards and hot tents. Room temp is fine if under 80°F. Honestly, consider ashwagandha powder instead - no melt worries.

Blessings on your journey! The earth's energy can affect supplements. Keep them in a dark, cool place to preserve their vibrational integrity. TSA allows them, but I cleanse mine with sage after airport energy. For hiking, a natural fiber bag helps them breathe. Remember to stay grounded while traveling! 🌿
