Hey all, I've been taking these B12 gummies for a few weeks now and feeling good. But I'm a big coffee drinker (2-3 cups in the morning) and I'm wondering if the caffeine messes with the absorption or effectiveness. I've heard B12 can be sensitive to acidity? Does anyone take their gummy with coffee? Is it safe or should I wait?

Hey Yuri! Great question. From a holistic perspective, caffeine can actually interfere with B12 absorption because it increases stomach acid and can flush out water-soluble vitamins. I'd recommend taking your B12 gummy at least 30 minutes before or after your coffee. Alternatively, take it with a meal that doesn't include coffee. But it's not dangerous, just might reduce the benefits a bit.

Oh I was wondering the same thing! I take my B12 gummy with my morning tea sometimes. Ivy, does the same apply to tea? I've been trying to be more mindful about what I combine but it's confusing haha.

I take my B12 gummy with a protein shake after my morning workout, never thought about it with coffee. But I do drink coffee later. Maybe I'll switch it up. Does anyone else here take B12 with other stuff like vitamin D gummy? I wanna double up but not sure if that's okay.

Mila, tea is generally gentler than coffee but the tannins can also affect absorption. Best to space it out too. Oliver, B12 and D are fine together – no known interactions. Just make sure you don't exceed recommended doses. Trust your body and keep it balanced!
