Anyone read this article about questions to ask your doctor?

Just saw this article pop up. Honestly, I'm skeptical of most 'ask your doctor' lists because they're often funded by pharma or supplement companies. But this one seems pretty neutral - just practical stuff like asking about medication interactions. What do you guys think? Any questions you always ask? I usually ask about the evidence for any supplement they recommend.

I actually read this earlier! I thought it was solid. I always forget to ask about timing - like when to take supplements for max absorption. I'm big on B12 and I learned from Huberman that taking it sublingually or on an empty stomach matters. Anyone else have timing tips?

Good article. I'm paleo so I focus on nutrient density. B12 is a must for me since I don't eat much fortified stuff. I always ask my doc about B12 levels specifically, not just 'vitamins.' Also, methylcobalamin vs cyanocobalamin - important distinction. Docs often don't bring it up.

I'm a digital nomad so I'm always hopping between docs. This article has some good questions, but I wish it included more about supplements for travel - like B12 for energy on long flights. I usually ask about what to avoid when I'm in different time zones. Anyone else travel a lot?
