Hey all! I started taking B12 gummies about 3 weeks ago to help with my energy and sleep (hoping it would regulate my cycle). But I've noticed my skin looks way clearer and more radiant - like, I'm not even wearing makeup and people are commenting! I'm not complaining, but is this a thing? Did anyone else experience unexpected perks?

Hmm, I'm skeptical. Correlation isn't causation. Maybe it's just summer humidity or a new moisturizer? B12 is for blood and nerves, not skin. But hey, if it works for you, great. Just don't go off your doctor's advice.

Actually, there might be something to it. B12 is involved in cell reproduction and can help with skin conditions like acne or eczema if you're deficient. Also, it helps reduce homocysteine, which is linked to inflammation. So better skin could be a legit side effect. Just make sure you're not taking mega doses - stick to the RDA unless told otherwise.

This happened to me! Started B12 for energy (busy mom life) and my nails got stronger and my hair stopped shedding. I also felt less stressed? Maybe it's placebo, but I'll take it. My doc said I was slightly anemic, so it makes sense. Glad you're seeing benefits, OP!

Thanks for the replies! Good to know I'm not crazy. @DynamicDan - I'm just taking the recommended 1 gummy a day. @PeakPaula - glad to hear I'm not the only one with unexpected wins! I'll keep you posted if my sleep improves too lol.
