Hey everyone, I need some advice. My mom (65) is starting to forget things, and my best friend is obsessed with the gym. I want to get them a 'health pack' of gummies. Which B12 gummies are actually good? I've seen so many brands... help!

For your gym friend, go with a B12 that has methylcobalamin, not cyanocobalamin. It absorbs better. I use the Nature's Bounty gummies but I pair them with a keto diet for energy. Your friend will appreciate that extra kick for workouts. For your mom, maybe look into a B-complex gummy that includes B12, like the one from SmartyPants – they have omega-3s too, good for brain.

I'm all about sugar-free! Many gummies are loaded with sugar. Check the label – you want something sweetened with stevia or erythritol. I like the ZzzQuil Natura gummies for sleep but they don't have B12. Hmm, for B12, try the Nature Made Zero Sugar gummies – they're sweetened with stevia and have methyl B12. Your friend might not care about sugar, but your mom's got to watch that glucose, especially if she's prediabetic like mine.

I'm a meditation newbie, but I've heard that B12 can affect mood. I take a gummy from Garden of Life – it's organic and has a mix of B vitamins. They have a raw B12 gummy that’s pretty good. For a gift, maybe get a cute jar and add some mindfulness cards? Just a thought – but for your mom, maybe check with her doctor first, sometimes forgetfulness can be something else. But gummies are a nice gesture.

I'm old school – why not get real food? Liver is packed with B12! But if you're set on gummies, I'd recommend the ones from Pure Encapsulations – they're more like a supplement but in gummy form. They have no sugar, no junk. But honestly, a good multivitamin gummy like Adult Gummies from Kirkland has B12 and other stuff – cost-effective. But I bet your friend would like a B12 shot more, haha. Anyway, good luck!
