Hey everyone, quick question! I've been taking these vitamin B12 gummies every morning to help with energy. I usually have them with my coffee. Is that safe? Or should I space them out? I've heard some supplements don't mix well with caffeine. Thanks!

As an amateur chef, I'd say it's probably fine but not ideal. Coffee can sometimes interfere with nutrient absorption. I take my B12 gummies with a small snack instead, like a handful of nuts or a piece of fruit. That way, you're not rushing the vitamins on an empty stomach with caffeine. Just my two cents!

Eco-warrior here! Honestly, I'd avoid combining them. Coffee is acidic and might reduce the effectiveness of the B12. Plus, think about the synthetic additives in both—better to keep things pure. I take my gummies with a glass of filtered water and wait at least 30 mins before my organic herbal tea. Mother Earth approves!
