Can I take B12 gummies with my morning coffee?
I've been taking B12 gummies for a few weeks now, but I always have them with my coffee in the morning. Just wondering if there's any interaction? I heard caffeine can affect absorption or something? Any science behind this?
Hey! I'm a yoga instructor and I actually recommend taking B12 on an empty stomach or with water only. Caffeine might slightly reduce absorption, but it's not a huge deal. I'd say wait at least 30 mins after coffee to take the gummy. But I'm not a doctor! Listen to your body.
