Hey all! I’m heading on a long flight soon and want to take my B12 gummies. Do these things melt in checked luggage? I usually keep them in my carry-on but worried about heat. Also, any TSA rules about gummies? I don’t want them to think it’s something else lol. Traveling with a lot of gear so any storage tips appreciated!

Keep 'em in your carry-on. Gummies can get soft in checked baggage if it's warm in the hold. TSA doesn't care about supplements unless it's a liquid over 3.4 oz. I always put mine in a ziplock bag just in case. For hiking, I use a small silicone pouch to avoid crushing.

Omg yes! I travel with my gummies all the time. For flights, definitely carry-on. I actually put them in a mini lunch bag with an ice pack if I’m going somewhere hot. But honestly, they’re pretty stable. TSA never batted an eye at mine. On road trips, I just toss them in the glove box but avoid direct sun. For hiking, I use a small jar or repurpose a pill container.

Thanks Tom and Jenny! Good to know about the ice pack idea, Jenny. I’ll just keep them in my carry-on and maybe a small cooler bag. Appreciate the tips!
