Hey everyone! I'm looking to buy a pack of vitamin gummies as a gift – either for my aging dad (he's 70, a bit forgetful, could use a B12 boost) or my super-fit friend who's always at the gym. I want something with good B12 but also maybe other stuff. Any recommendations? Prefer something that's not too sugary but still tasty.

Ooh, for your dad I'd suggest homemade! You can get empty gummy molds and mix your own B12 powder with a little juice and gelatin. That way you control the sugar. For the gym rat, maybe a store-bought one with added B6 and magnesium? DIY is cheaper but store's easier.

If you want science-backed, check the methylcobalamin form of B12 – it's better absorbed, especially for older folks. Look for a brand that lists the exact mcg. For the fitness friend, B12 helps energy metabolism, so a combo with B-complex and maybe CoQ10 could be good. I like Nature's Bounty or Garden of Life.

Honestly, just go with a classic like Vitafusion B12. They've been around forever and taste great. Your dad will love the raspberry flavor. For the gym friend, maybe the multivitamin gummies from Centrum – they have B12 plus other stuff. Simple and trustworthy.

Thanks all! I think I'll get the Vitafusion for dad (classic, can't go wrong) and maybe the Garden of Life for my friend since Yara mentioned the absorption. Appreciate the help!
