Hey all! I'm looking to get some vitamin gummies as a gift for my dad (he's 68, needs B12 for energy) and my gym buddy (he's really into fitness, thinks B12 helps with workouts). Any recommendations? I'm lost in the supplement aisle.

For your dad, I'd suggest a high-quality B12 gummy with methylcobalamin, easier to absorb for older folks. I've had good luck with Nature's Way Adult Gummies. For your gym rat friend, maybe look for a B12 complex that includes B6 and B12 with some caffeine? But if he's serious about pre-workout, you might want a separate energy gummy. But if he's into natural stuff, just get him straight B12.

Yo! If your friend is a serious gym goer, go for gummies with added B12 but also consider ones with electrolytes. But if you want a solid B12 gummy, I swear by the one from MaryRuth's. It's vegan and has no weird aftertaste. For your dad, make sure it's chewable and not too gummy (haha) cause my dad had trouble with some. Also, check the sugar content – some sweeteners mess with diabetics.

Leomon, you should check out the multivitamin gummies from Olly – they have B12 and all the B's. My mom takes them and she's 72. She says they taste like orange creamsicle and she remembers to take them because they don't cause any stomach upset. For your gym buddy, maybe get those 'energy' gummies from Vitafusion – they have B12 and caffeine. But warn him not to take them at night!

Thanks guys! Great tips. I'll look into the methylcobalamin for my dad and maybe the energy ones for my gym buddy. I appreciate the brand suggestions. Fingers crossed they like 'em!
