Just read this article from Harvard Health and it really resonates with me. They talk about nutrition being a pillar for longevity, not just weight. As a research librarian, I've seen countless studies linking diet to chronic disease prevention. What are your takes on the practical side? How do you incorporate this into your daily routine?

Great post! I'm all about whole foods and natural sources. I mean, I love my gummy vitamins for convenience, but I try to get most of my nutrients from real food. For B12, I do eggs and salmon. But I know some folks struggle with absorption. Anyone else use gummies to fill gaps?

I'm a vegan so B12 is a big deal for me. I rely on fortified foods and supplements. Gummies are my go-to because they're easy and taste great. But I also try to eat a variety of plant-based foods for overall nutrition. Harvard's advice is spot on – you can't out-supplement a bad diet.

Exactly! Supplements are just that – supplements. They shouldn't replace whole foods. I think the key is to find a balance. For B12, especially for vegans, gummies are a lifesaver. Just make sure they're from a reputable brand with the right dosage. I've seen some gummies with too little B12 to be effective.

Good point, HealthHacker980. I always check the label for cyanocobalamin vs methylcobalamin. Methyl is better absorbed, right? I've switched to a methyl B12 gummy and feel more energized. Anyone else notice a difference?
