Just read this article and it really opened my eyes. I always thought dementia was just one thing - memory loss. But it's a whole range of cognitive issues. Makes me wonder about prevention, especially with B12 deficiency being linked to cognitive decline. Anyone else concerned?

I hear you Mila. I'm juggling work and family, and brain fog hits hard sometimes. I've been taking B12 gummies for a while now just to keep my energy up. But reading this, I'm thinking I should get my levels checked. Prevention is key, right?

Hold on, before we all start popping B12 like candy - let's not jump to conclusions. Correlation isn't causation. Just because some studies show a link between low B12 and cognitive decline doesn't mean popping pills will save us. I'd rather focus on diet and exercise.

But Pete, many people don't absorb B12 well from food, especially as we age. I'm a caffeine addict, and I've read that caffeine can deplete B12. So I take a gummy to cover my bases. Better safe than sorry, but I do agree we need more research. Still, it's a simple step.
