Just read this article about microgreens being a solution for nutrient deficiencies. As a mom who’s always worried about my kids getting enough B12 (we’re vegetarian), I’m skeptical. Microgreens aren’t exactly known for B12. Thoughts?

I’ve been adding microgreens to my smoothies lately, but I thought B12 was mainly in animal products. Maybe some microgreens are fortified? I’d stick to my B12 gummies just in case. 🙏

Bro, microgreens are packed with nutrients but B12? That’s a hard no. You need actual B12 from supplements or fortified foods. Don’t fall for the hype. Stick to your gummies, fam.

That’s what I thought! The article seemed too good to be true. Glad I asked. Will keep stocking up on my B12 gummies for the kiddos. Thanks!
