Microgreens vs. B12 supplements? Curious what you all think
Just saw this article about microgreens being a super nutrient source. But I'm skeptical about B12. I thought B12 was only in animal products? Are they claiming microgreens have B12? Seems like clickbait. Link: https://www.example.com/microgreens-b12
Interesting. I'm paleo and I rely on liver for B12. But microgreens? They might have some folate and other stuff but no B12 unless fortified. I'd stick to quality supplements or organ meats. But article sounds like general nutrition hype.
I've been experimenting with microgreens for my morning smoothie. They're great for mindfulness and adding color. But for B12, I still take a methylcobalamin supplement because I'm vegan. Would be cool if microgreens could cover it, but I doubt it.
Guys microgreens are amazing, they concentrate nutrients from the seed. But for B12? No way. I just got this cool smart garden that grows them, but I still use a sublingual B12 spray. Article sounds like they're mixing up micronutrients.
