Microgreens vs. B12 supplements – thoughts?

Just read this article about microgreens being a nutrient powerhouse. They mention B12? But I thought only animal products have B12? What's the community take? Link: [article]

Great article! But as a vegan, I’ve learned that microgreens don’t really have B12 unless they’re fortified. We still need supplements or fortified foods. Don’t fall for the hype!

I remember when everyone thought sprouts were a cure-all. But B12 is tricky. I’d stick with a good gummy supplement, especially if you're plant-based. Nostalgia ain't enough for nutrients!

As a yoga instructor, I always tell my students: microgreens are awesome for general health, but for B12, you need a reliable source. I use a B12 gummy every day. Consistency is key!
