Started B12 for energy, but my skin cleared up? Anyone else?

I started taking B12 gummies a few weeks ago because I was dragging in the afternoons. I figured I'd try it, even though I'm usually skeptical of supplements. To my surprise, my energy is a bit better, but what I really noticed is my skin. I've had mild acne for years, and it's almost gone. Is that even a thing? Or is it just me? Anyone else have unexpected benefits?

B12 is essential for cell turnover and repair, so it makes sense. But I'd be cautious drawing conclusions from a few weeks. Could be a fluke or other factors. I prefer getting B12 from food like liver or clams, but gummies are convenient. Glad it's working for you though.

Hey Dan, awesome that your skin cleared up! I've been taking B12 for a few months for mental clarity, and I've noticed my hair and nails are stronger. I think B12 helps with cell regeneration, so skin improvement totally makes sense. Keep at it!

Thanks for the input! Vince, you might be right about it being a fluke, but I'll take it. Ken, strong hair sounds like a bonus too! I'll keep taking them and see if it holds. Appreciate the replies.
