Okay so I started taking these gummy B12 vitamins about 3 weeks ago because I was dragging in the afternoons. But what I DIDN'T expect was my skin totally clearing up and looking glowy! Has anyone else experienced this? I'm not complaining, just shocked.

Placebo effect much? B12 is for energy and nerves, not skin. Could be you're drinking more water or something. I'd wait before crediting the gummies.

Actually Zack, B12 plays a role in cell regeneration and skin health. Deficiency can cause hyperpigmentation, so supplementing makes sense. But the gummy form might have other stuff like biotin? Check the label.

I found a study from 2021 that links B12 supplementation with improved skin barrier function. But anecdotal evidence is tricky. Could be coincidence, but if it works, keep it up!

Thanks guys! The gummies do have a bit of biotin actually. Maybe that's helping? Either way my skin looks bomb, so I'm sticking with it. 😊
