Yo, so I started taking B12 gummies a few weeks ago because I'm basically a zombie without caffeine. Figured it'd help with the mid-afternoon crash. But weirdly, my skin is way clearer now? No more random breakouts. Not complaining, but was NOT expecting that. Anyone else get random side effects like this?

Glad it's working for you, but check the sugar content on those gummies. Some brands pack a ton of sugar which defeats the purpose. I take sublingual B12 drops – zero sugar, and they absorb better. But yeah, B12 helps with cell regeneration so clearer skin makes sense.

I take one vitamin at a time to see effects. B12 gave me better mood and focus. Skin too, but I think that's from less stress. Minimalism FTW.

Oh definitely! I started B12 for fatigue but noticed my nails grow faster and stronger. Now I add nutritional yeast to my cooking – it's a natural source of B12 and adds a cheesy flavor. Try it on popcorn!

Haha, nutritional yeast on popcorn sounds bomb. I'll stick to my gummies for now, but good to know it's not just me. Thanks folks!
