Started B12 for sleep, got way more than I bargained for!

So I started taking B12 gummies a month ago because I read it could help with sleep. Honestly, I haven't noticed much difference in my sleep, but my skin is GLOWING. Like, people are asking me what foundation I'm wearing. Anyone else have unexpected effects?

Omg yes! I started B12 for energy but my nails got so strong I can't believe it. I had to cut them down cus they were like claws lol. Also my mood seems way lighter. Maybe it's the B12 or just placebo but I'll take it!

I've been taking B12 for years for my memory (aging brain problems lol). But I swear my stress levels dropped significantly. I used to get super anxious driving but now I'm chill. Might be unrelated but I'm sticking with it. Also my hair stopped falling out!

Love that for you all! I take a vegan B12 spray and it's been a game changer for my focus. I work in a very loud office and I can actually concentrate now. Plus, less brain fog. Didn't expect that from a vitamin!
