Hey everyone! I've got a trip coming up – flying to a hiking destination. I always take my B12 gummies but I'm worried about the heat. Do they melt? Also, TSA rules – are gummies okay in carry-on? Any storage tips? Thanks!

I travel with my gummies all the time. They haven't melted on me yet, but I keep them in my carry-on, not checked luggage. TSA doesn't care about gummies, just follow the 3-1-1 liquids rule. Also, I put them in a small ziplock just in case.

I take mine on road trips. They can get a bit soft in hot car, so I keep them in a cooler with my lunch. For hiking, I'd recommend a small insulated container. Never had issues with TSA – they're solid, not liquid.

Cooler bag for hiking – good idea! Do you guys think I should pack extra in case they get damaged? Also, any specific brand that holds up better? I use Nature's Bounty.

I'd pack a few extra just in case. Nature's Bounty is fine, but I've heard SmartyPants has a more stable formula. Honestly, just don't leave them in direct sun and you're good.
