Hey all, been taking a gummy B12 supplement for about 3 weeks now (the berry blast kind). Energy is great, but I'm having the most VIVID dreams ever. Like, last night I dreamt I was a squirrel organizing acorns by size in a library. Not scary, just... super detailed and weird. Anyone else experience this? Is it normal?

OP, welcome to the club! I've been on gummy B12 since they first hit the market. The vivid dreams are totally a thing - I call it 'B12 cinema.' Mine usually calm down after a month or so. Make sure you're taking it in the morning, not before bed. Nighttime dosing = squirrel librarian dreams, lol.

Interesting! I make my own B12 gummies with methylcobalamin + a touch of lemon balm. Never got vivid dreams, but my urine turned neon yellow for the first week (harmless - just excess B2/riboflavin flushing out). Could be your brand's formulation? Check if it has methylcobalamin or cyanocobalamin - some folks react differently. Also, hydration levels affect dream intensity IME.

omg yes! I started B12 gummies last month to help with meditation focus (still a rookie, my mind wanders). The dreams were so wild I almost quit. But then I leaned into it - started a dream journal. Now I see them as... extra meditation sessions? Maybe try that? Also, are you taking them with food? My vividness went down when I switched to after breakfast.

Thanks everyone! Glad I'm not alone. @RhinoRich - taking it in the morning now, fingers crossed. @VitalVince860 - mine's methylcobalamin, and I'm definitely hydrated. @GreenGreg567 - love the dream journal idea, might try that! Appreciate the reassurance. Forum wins again :)
