Just saw this article about Gov. Moore declaring March 20 'MeatOut Day' in Maryland. I'm all for plant-based options, but as someone who does intermittent fasting, I feel like we need to be careful about getting enough B12 if we cut out meat. Thoughts? https://example.com/article

I think it's a great step for the environment and animal welfare! I've been vegetarian for years, and I take a B12 gummy supplement to stay on top of things. Works great with my yoga lifestyle. Maybe we can use this as a chance to promote more plant-based options in our communities.

I'm new to meditation and trying to be more mindful about what I eat. This 'MeatOut' day sounds interesting, but I'm a little worried about missing out on nutrients. Do you guys think a B12 supplement is enough? I've been using a gummy one and it's helped my energy levels.

Yeah, B12 is crucial, especially if you're going fully plant-based. I've read that gummy supplements are a good option because they're easier to absorb. Personally, I still have some meat on my fasting days, but I might try to incorporate more meatless meals. Anyone have good recipes?
