Anyone else get super vivid dreams from Beauty Gummies?
So I've been taking these beauty gummies for about a week now (the ones with biotin and collagen), and I've started having these crazy vivid dreams. Like, I remember every detail, and they're so intense! I'm not complaining, but it's a bit weird. Anyone else experience this?
Oh yes! I've heard about that. It's likely the B vitamins or maybe the melatonin if it's in there. They can affect your sleep cycles. I had a similar thing when I started taking them. It usually goes away after a couple weeks. But hey, at least it's not nightmares, right? 😄
