Anyone else get weirdly vivid dreams from Beauty Gummies?
So I've been taking these Beauty Gummies for about a week now, and I've noticed my dreams are INSANELY vivid. Like, full-on movies every night. Not bad, just... a lot. Anyone else experience this? It's kinda fun actually, but I'm curious if it's just me.
Dude, yes! I thought I was going crazy. I've been taking them for two weeks and my dreams are so vivid I wake up tired lol. I actually had a dream I was surfing on a giant gummy bear. Not complaining though!
OMG same here! 💕 I actually love it, I've been getting so much content for my dream journal. It's probably the biotin or the B vitamins, they can affect your sleep cycles. Totally harmless though! Just enjoy the show 😉
