Anyone else getting crazy vivid dreams from beauty gummies?
Started taking these Beauty Gummies about a week ago and WHOO BOY my dreams have been like full-on movies! Not nightmares or anything, just super detailed and colorful. Anyone else? 😂
Haha yes! I had the same thing. I think it's the B vitamins or maybe the biotin. They can stimulate brain activity. I actually like it, makes sleeping more interesting.
I noticed that too! But also my pee turned bright neon yellow. Freaked me out at first but I think it's just excess B vitamins being flushed out. Nothing to worry about I guess.
Happened to me as well! The dreams are wild. I'm a retired nurse, and I can tell you that bright urine is super common with B vitamins. WaterWillow, as long as your dreams aren't disturbing, it's harmless. Enjoy the show! 😉
