Just saw this article and it got me thinking. I'm all about minimal supplements—just my beauty gummies and water. But if a sleep gadget helps me wake up looking fresh, maybe worth it? Thoughts? https://example.com/sleep-products-2026

Bro, sleep is key for recovery! I take my ZMA and a melatonin gummy before bed. Those editor picks look kinda gimmicky though. Who needs a weighted blanket when you got a good pre-workout crash? lol

I'm curious about the smart sleep trackers they mentioned. I already use a wearable that tracks my HRV. If it can sync with my beauty gummy schedule to optimize absorption, sign me up! Anyone have experience with those?

@PlantPat848 I don't use trackers, but I've seen some people say blue-light blocking glasses help them sleep better. Might be a cheap hack before buying a gadget. Plus, they look cool.
