Beauty gummies are just candy in disguise, right?

I don't get the hype around beauty gummies. I looked at the label on my friend's 'glow gummies' and they have like 5g of sugar per serving. That's basically candy. Why not just eat a real gummy bear and save your money? Supplements should be about health, not taste.

I get where you're coming from, but honestly, if it gets me to take my vitamins daily, I'll take the sugar. I'm a sleep-deprived parent - I don't have time to swallow pills or mix powders. Gummies are quick and I actually remember to take them. Plus, some brands use natural sugars or stevia now.

As a mom, I'm torn. I want convenience, but I also don't want my kids thinking supplements are candy. I've caught my son sneaking my hair gummies! But if it helps me feel better about my skin and nails, maybe a little sugar is worth it? Anyone found low-sugar options that actually work?

Low-sugar options exist, but they're expensive and often don't taste great. Honestly, just eat real food for nutrients. A handful of berries or nuts gives you more benefits without the junk. But yeah, I know we're all busy - just bugs me that they market these as 'healthy' when they're basically candy.

Lol @ UrbanUma514, my kid tried to sneak mine too! But seriously, I think it's about balance. I use gummies as a treat to get my vitamins in. Could I eat better? Sure. But I ain't perfect. And the positive reviews on my skin and hair keep me coming back, so whatever works!
