I love the idea of beauty gummies for convenience but seriously, look at the sugar content on these things. It's basically candy with a sprinkle of vitamins. What happened to just taking a pill or getting nutrients from real food? I'm a yoga instructor so I'm all about natural purity, this 'candy-fication' feels wrong.

I hear you, but for someone like me who's always on the go, gummies are a lifesaver. I'm not exactly gonna sit down and chew kale all day. Yeah there's sugar but it's not like I'm eating a whole bag. Plus, the taste makes me actually remember to take them. Pills are boring.

Taste is not an excuse. I'm paleo and I manage fine with real food. If you need a gummy to get your vitamins, you're probably not eating right anyway. And the sugar? It's hidden junk. Just eat a carrot.

Exactly! I'm keto and these gummies are a nightmare. 3g of sugar per gummy? That's half my daily carb limit! They market them as 'beauty' but they're just sabotaging your progress. I'll stick to my electrolyte pills, thanks.

Dan and Ken get it. It's about intention. If you want real beauty, nourish your body properly. Gummies feel like a marketing gimmick. But I guess if it helps people start somewhere, maybe it's a gateway to better habits?
