Just saw this article about the beauty supplements market hitting $6.6B by 2033. As someone who's been using collagen and biotin gummies for years, I'm not surprised. Wellness is a huge deal now, and people want convenience. What do you all think? Are we in a bubble or is this legit?

I'm skeptical. Most of those 'beauty gummies' are packed with sugar or artificial sweeteners. People would be better off eating a balanced diet and taking a good multivitamin. The market growth is just marketing hype, if you ask me. But hey, to each their own.

Market trends aside, the science is still mixed. Collagen peptides have some evidence for skin elasticity, but biotin for hair/nails? Only if you're deficient. I'd rather see people invest in quality sleep and reduce stress. Gummies are a convenient delivery, but you need the right actives and doses.

I travel a lot for work, so gummies are my go-to for consistency. I don't care if it's a trend, if it makes me feel good, I'll keep using them. But I do check the labels for sugar and artificial stuff. I think the growth is because people want self-care on the go.
