Hey everyone, just saw this article about the best sleep products of 2026. Looks like there's some cool tech stuff like smart mattresses and sleep trackers. Anyone here tried any of these? I'm always looking for ways to improve my sleep, but I'm skeptical of the hype.

I'm always leery of these 'editor's pick' lists. They're probably paid promotions. Most sleep products are gimmicks. You don't need a $1000 mattress to sleep well. Just exercise and eat right. I've never spent a dime on sleep stuff and I sleep like a baby.

I agree with PlantPat. But also these products often contain animal products or are tested on animals. I bet that fancy mattress has wool or down. I'd rather stick to my organic cotton futon and a strict vegan diet. That's what helps my sleep.

I get the skepticism, but I've actually tried a few smart sleep devices (like the Oura ring) and they did help me understand my sleep patterns. However, they didn't magically fix anything – it's about consistency. But that article seems to focus on gadgets that are more BS than not.

Haha, true. But I've also heard that some of those 'sleep gummies' are just sugar with melatonin. If you need a supplement, get a vegan melatonin chew. That's what I do. But reading that article, I noticed they have 'sleep gummies' as #5. I bet they're not vegan.
