THREAD: Can I take Beauty Gummies with my morning coffee? Safety check!Started by OP
1/13/2026, 05:25 PM#1
Hey everyone, newbie here! I just started taking these collagen Beauty Gummies for skin/hair. I usually have 2 cups of coffee every morning right after breakfast. Is it okay to take the gummy with my coffee, or should I space them out? Worried about interactions or if it messes with absorption. Thanks!

OP, I've been stacking supplements for years. Coffee's fine—caffeine doesn't interfere with collagen peptides in those gummies. BUT, if your gummies have biotin or zinc (check label), coffee can reduce absorption a bit. I take mine 30 min before coffee just to be safe. Also, avoid taking with dairy-heavy creamers; calcium can bind to some minerals. #EarlyAdopterTip

Lol RhinoRich beat me to it! As a chef, I experiment a lot. I blend my Beauty Gummies into a smoothie with oats and almond butter—coffee on the side. If you're worried, try having your coffee first, then gummy 20 min later. Or mix decaf into a gummy-infused yogurt parfait (sounds weird but works!). No issues for me, but listen to your body.

Skeptical mom here... I'd space them out. My teen takes similar gummies, and our doc said to avoid combining with stimulants (coffee counts!) on an empty stomach—can cause nausea. Also, some beauty gummies have vitamin A; too much with other supplements isn't great. Check the doses and maybe ask a pharmacist? Better safe than sorry!
