Hey everyone! I'm trying to put together a little 'health pack' as a gift. My dad (60s, kinda sedentary but wants to feel younger) and my friend (obsessed with CrossFit, early 30s). I want to get them each a specific gummy – maybe for joints/skin for dad and energy/recovery for friend? Any recs? I keep seeing Beauty Gummies, but not sure if they're just hype.

Great idea! For your dad, look into collagen + biotin gummies – they're good for skin and joints. I've seen the brand 'Glow Wild' pop up a lot in library databases. For your friend, maybe a multi with B12 and ashwagandha? Some 'Beauty Gummies' are just hair/nails, but check labels. Also, there's a subcategory 'Sport Gummies' that might fit better.

I'm paleo, so I avoid sugar gummies, but I know my mom loves the 'Beauty Gummies' from Vitatree. She says they made her skin less crepey. For your friend, maybe something with tart cherry for recovery? Just make sure they're not full of sugar – some have 5g per gummy, yikes.

Weekend warrior here! For your gym buddy, I'd rec 'Recover-E Gummies' with magnesium and curcumin. They help with soreness. And for your dad, if he's worried about aging, maybe a 'Beauty Gummy' with hyaluronic acid? My dad uses 'Age Defy' gummies and says his knees feel better. Just my 2 cents!

As a caffeine addict, I'd say skip the energy gummies if your friend already drinks coffee – might be overkill. But I've heard good things about 'Focus Gummies' with lion's mane for mental clarity (great for work AND gym). For dad, maybe 'Beauty Gummies' with collagen and vit C – easy win. Also check Amazon reviews for 'gummy texture' complaints lol.
