Hey all! My dad is turning 60 and he's super into fitness and clean eating. My best friend is a total gym rat too but loves gummy vitamins (we joke about it). I want to get them a 'healthy' gift idea that's not just protein powder. Any recommendations for beauty or wellness gummies? I saw the 'Glow Gummies' but he's a guy... does that even matter?

Honestly, 'beauty' gummies are mostly marketing. For your dad, I'd skip the collagen stuff and get him a good quality multivitamin gummy. Look for one with real food-based ingredients, no synthetic junk. Or maybe even a magnesium gummy for recovery. My husband takes those. For your friend, if they really like gummies, get a specific one like biotin or elderberry for immunity. But check the sugar content, some are loaded.

I'm a holistic healer, and I've seen great results with adaptogenic gummies for stress and energy. Ashwagandha or reishi can be great for an aging parent - they help with overall vitality. For the gym friend, maybe a tart cherry gummy for muscle recovery? And don't worry about 'beauty' labels, unisex is fine. Gummies work the same for everyone! Just make sure they're from a brand that uses clean ingredients, no artificial colors.

Thanks! That's helpful. I hadn't thought about adaptogens. Do they taste weird? My dad is picky about flavors. Also, any specific brands you trust? I want something that actually has decent doses, not just filler.

Hi Sarah, I echo what Liam said about adaptogenics. But if your dad is picky, check out the 'sleep' gummies with melatonin and magnesium - they usually have a nice berry flavor. And for your friend, beetroot gummies are great for athletic performance, and they taste earthy but good. Honestly, I'd avoid big brands like Olly - they're overly processed. Look for small-batch ones. My favorite is 'Vitality Botanicals' but they're pricey. Hope that helps!
