Hey everyone, just saw this article about Maura Higgins' new Birkin bag and had to share: https://example.com/article So apparently she carries probiotic gummies, a 'gorgeous' lip gloss, and the world's fanciest hand cream. I'm kinda intrigued by the probiotic gummies – I've heard they can help with skin from the inside out. Anyone tried beauty gummies with probiotics? Do they actually work or is it just hype? I'm always looking for new wellness trends to try!

Ugh, another celebrity pushing expensive stuff in a Birkin? Probiotic gummies are just another fad if you ask me. Our grandmothers didn't need fancy gummies to have good skin – they ate real fermented foods like sauerkraut and yogurt. And who knows what's actually in those gummies? Probably loaded with sugar and artificial junk. I'll stick to my traditional probiotic foods, thanks.

Ellen, I get where you're coming from, but not everyone can handle fermented foods (IBS, etc.). Gummies can be a convenient option. That said, I always recommend checking the CFU count and strains – many beauty gummies are underdosed. Also, probiotics for skin? The research is still mixed. I'd say focus on diet and maybe a good topical routine first. But if you want to try, go for a reputable brand, not just because a celeb has it in her bag.

Thanks for the input! I agree that whole foods are best, but sometimes life gets busy and gummies are easy. I might give them a shot but do more research on strains. Has anyone tried a specific brand they liked? Also, that hand cream sounds luxe – maybe I'll treat myself to that instead, lol.

SolarSam, if you're gonna waste money on gummies, at least make sure they're vegan and plastic-free packaging. But honestly, you'd be better off spending that cash on a good omega-3 supplement or just eating more veggies. And that hand cream? Probably $50 for a tiny tube. No thanks.
