SproutSid70Just saw a study (PMID: 34567890) claiming collagen gummies boost skin elasticity by 30% in 8 weeks. Sounds too good to be true. Any thoughts on whether this is legit or just funded by Big Gummy?

SproutSid518I'd be skeptical too. Most of these studies are small or sponsored. But I've tried collagen gummies myself and my nails got stronger. Taste-wise, the berry ones are pretty good, but the texture can be chewy. Anyone else?

OrangeOscar635Look at the sample size and funding. If it's from a supplement company, it's probably biased. I'd check for independent replication. Also, if they used a specific brand, that's a red flag. My smartwatch can't track skin elasticity, so I'd say take it with a grain of salt.
