Hey everyone! So I've been taking these 'Beauty Gummies' for about 3 weeks now - my friend recommended them for better sleep since I was having trouble winding down after my evening yoga sessions. The sleep has definitely improved (yay!), but here's the weird thing: my skin is GLOWING. Like, people at the studio are asking what I'm using. I didn't even buy these for skin benefits! Has anyone else experienced something like this? The bottle says they have biotin and collagen but I thought that was mostly marketing hype.

OMG YES! I started taking them last month because my caffeine addiction was wrecking my sleep schedule (3 espresso shots daily, I know I know). The gummies helped me actually fall asleep before midnight, but my nails are suddenly so strong?? I used to have brittle nails from all the typing at work, now they don't break when I open cans of cold brew. Also my hair feels thicker? Maybe it's the vitamins actually working?? Do you take yours in the morning or night YogaYara45?

Interesting observations. The biotin (B7) in many beauty supplements does support keratin infrastructure - that's hair, skin, and nails. Collagen peptides might improve skin elasticity through increased hyaluronic acid production, though oral collagen's efficacy is still debated in studies. What's the exact dosage per gummy? And are you both maintaining consistent hydration? Many perceived 'beauty benefits' from supplements are actually just better overall health practices. Still, placebo or not, positive results are worth noting.

MindfulMila48 - I take mine at night about an hour before bed! They have a calming effect for me. And RhinoRich184 - each gummy has 2500mcg biotin and 100mg collagen. You're right about hydration - I've been drinking more water since starting them (trying to be healthier overall). But the skin change feels real! My partner even commented that my complexion looks more even. Maybe it's the combination of better sleep + vitamins? Either way, I'm not complaining!

RhinoRich184 you always bring the science lol but honestly I'll take it! My stress levels are down too which probably helps everything. YogaYara45 maybe we should start a 'unexpected benefits' thread? I bet others have stories too. My coworker takes them for hair growth but said her joint pain improved... so random!
