Hey guys! I'm heading to Bali next week and I'm taking my collagen + biotin gummies. I'm worried they'll melt in my checked bag or get flagged by TSA. Anyone have experience traveling with these? Should I carry them on? Also, do they hold up in heat? Help a yogi out! 🧘‍♀️✈️

Oh man, I had a disaster last summer with my melatonin gummies on a road trip. They turned into a sticky blob in the car. 😬 For TSA, gummies are fine in carry-on, just keep them in the original bottle or a clear bag. If it's really hot, maybe pack them in a small cooler or wrap in a damp cloth? Also, don't leave them in the sun. Good luck!

TSA doesn't care about gummies, they're solid food. I took some on a plane last month, no issues. But yeah, they can melt if it's super hot. I'd suggest putting the bottle in your personal bag and maybe not checking them. If you're worried about the heat, try those reusable ice packs? Or just eat them before they melt lol.

Thanks for the tips! 😊 So carry-on it is. I'll grab a small insulated pouch just in case. Also good to know TSA doesn't bat an eye. Anyone tried the fridge hack? Like, keep them cool until boarding?

Yeah I've done that! Just pop them in the hotel mini-fridge before you leave. But don't freeze them bc it might mess with the texture. Also, if you're hiking, keep them in a shaded pocket. Bali humidity might be a bigger issue than heat – maybe silica packets? 🙃
