I've been using biotin gummies for about 3 months now. Def see a difference in my nail strength, but hair growth is subtle. I think consistency is key. Also, make sure you're not getting too much, I read it can cause breakouts for some people.

From a medical perspective, biotin is water-soluble so any excess is peed out. It's safe but the evidence for hair/nail benefits is mostly anecdotal or in people with deficiency. If you eat a balanced diet, you might not see huge results. But hey, placebo effect is real and if it makes you feel good, go for it.

I'm all about the science! There's some studies showing biotin can improve hair and nail health in people with low levels. But for the average person, the benefits are modest. I prefer getting nutrients from whole foods, but gummies are convenient. Check the sugar content though, some brands sneak in a lot.
