Hey everyone! I need to buy some gummy vitamins as gifts. One for my mom (she's 67, worried about hair thinning) and one for my best friend (he's a gym rat, always tired). I'm thinking biotin gummies might work for both? Any brand recommendations? Thanks!

I'm a busy professional and I love the Nature's Bounty biotin gummies. They taste great and my nails got stronger. For your mom, maybe also add a multivitamin gummy? And for your friend, maybe a B-complex? But biotin alone might not be enough for energy.

As a librarian, I've researched this! Biotin is good for hair & nails, but not for energy. Your friend might need a B12 or CoQ10 gummy. For your mom, look for biotin + collagen gummies. I recommend the SugarBearHair biotin gummies – they have other vitamins too. Check reviews on third-party sites.

Eco-warrior here! Make sure the gummies are vegan and eco-friendly. I love the Garden of Life biotin gummies – they're organic and use plant-based colors. Also, no synthetic junk. For your friend, maybe a hemp or ashwagandha gummy for stress? Just a thought!

Thanks all! Great points. I'll get the Nature's Bounty for my mom and maybe a B12 for my friend. And I'll check out the eco-friendly ones too. Appreciate the help!
