Hey everyone! So I started taking biotin gummies last month for, like, better sleep (I read somewhere it helps with melatonin production idk). But omg, I've noticed my skin is GLOWING and my nails are so strong! Didn't expect that at all. Anyone else have unexpected benefits?

YES!! That's no coincidence! Biotin is literally the beauty vitamin. I've been a wellness influencer for 5 years and I always recommend it for hair, skin, and nails. The sleep thing is probably just your body relaxing more because you're taking care of it. But glad it's working for ya! What brand r u using?

Wait, biotin helps with sleep? I just take it for my workout recovery but I've been sleeping like a baby lately. And my skin has cleared up too. I thought it was just in my head. Interesting...

That's awesome, Holly! As a yoga instructor, I always tell my students that true wellness is holistic. Unexpected benefits are the best kind. Just remember to stay hydrated, biotin is water-soluble so you'll pee out the extra, but it's still a good sign your body is absorbing nutrients. Namaste 🧘‍♂️

Thanks for the tips! Mia, I'm using the 'Nature's Bounty' gummies, they're strawberry flavored. Frank, good point about hydration, I'll definitely drink more water now. Do you guys take yours in the morning or at night? I'm curious if timing matters for the sleep effect.
