So I started taking biotin gummies hoping they'd help with my sleep (heard it helps with hair/skin but I've been running on 4 hours for years with a newborn). Weird thing - after about 2 weeks, my insomnia is basically gone and I'm sleeping through the night! Anyone else notice this? Not complaining, but I'm confused lol.

Interesting! I've seen in some studies that biotin can affect your nervous system and maybe help with relaxation. Also, if you had a deficiency, correcting it might improve overall well-being, which can help sleep. Keep it up! Also, maybe it's the gummy base - some have melatonin or herbs. But if it works, that's awesome.

Whoa, that's unexpected but cool! I take biotin for hair growth (gym life takes a toll on my mane lol). I never noticed sleep benefits, but honestly my stress levels seem lower. Maybe it's just the placebo effect? Either way, I'll take it! Are you taking any other supplements? Just curious.

Glad I'm not the only one! I'm just on these gummies, no other changes. Crystal, you mentioned stress - I've been less anxious too, but I chalked it up to sleeping better. Maybe it's the biotin after all. Whatever the reason, I'm not stopping these gummies haha.
