Biotin gummies: convenient or just candy?

I just started taking biotin gummies and noticed the first ingredient is sugar. I could've just eaten a gummy bear and got the same effect? I get that they're convenient, but aren't we just buying expensive candy?

Honestly, I used to think that too, but for me the convenience outweighs the sugar. I'm a student and I'm always on the go. I don't have time to swallow pills or mix powders. If it helps my hair and nails, I'll deal with a bit of sugar.

I feel you FuelFrank. I switched to a liquid biotin drops bc I'm trying to cut down on sugar. But I get why ppl like gummies – they taste good and it's like a lil treat. Just gotta watch the portion.

I use a sublingual spray with no sugar. It's more bioavailable anyway. Gummies are just marketing. They know ppl want candy, so they make supplements that taste like candy.

Good points all. I guess I'll finish this bottle and then look for a low-sugar option. Maybe I'll try the spray, KaleKen. Thanks for the tips!
