I'm trying to find good biotin gummies for my mom (she's 68 and her nails are brittle) and for my friend who's obsessed with fitness. Is there a 'health pack' or specific brand that works for both? I don't want to buy two separate things. Any recs?

I'd say look for a brand that uses natural ingredients, no artificial colors. Most biotin gummies are pretty standard though. Maybe a pack with extra vitamin C for your mom? That helps collagen. For your friend, maybe something with B vitamins for energy? Not sure if one size fits all...

Fitness guy here! I take biotin gummies with zinc and selenium. Great for hair and nails when I'm working out a lot. But for your mom, maybe a higher dose? My grandma takes 5000 mcg. Check out 'Nature's Bounty' or 'Garden of Life' - they have combo packs sometimes.

Thanks! I saw some 'hair, skin, nails' packs but they're pricey. Is there a middle ground? I'm also worried about sugar content - my mom's prediabetic. Any sugar-free options?

Sweetened with stevia or monk fruit - those are good options. 'Zahler' makes a sugar-free biotin gummy. And for your friend, maybe just get a separate bottle of energy gummies? Mixing needs might be tricky.
