Headed to a conference in Phoenix next week—temps are gonna be 100+. I always bring my biotin gummies but paranoid they'll turn into a sticky mess in my carry-on. Anyone had issues with gummies melting during travel? Also, do I need to declare them at TSA? I have a big bottle and don't want to lose it.

TSA doesn't care about supplements as long as they're solid. Keep them in original packaging or a labeled ziplock. For melting: silicon travel containers help insulate. Or just pack them in a cooler bag with an ice pack. I took mine hiking in 90° and they were fine. Pro tip: freeeze them overnight before flying—they stay solid longer.

Oh man, I feel you! I lost a whole bottle of vitamin gummies on a road trip once because they melted into one giant blob. 😩 Now I only bring a week's worth in a small pill case. For flying, I put them in my personal item under the seat—cabin temp is usually okay. Never had TSA question them.

Thanks both! Freezing them the night before is genius, XenonX. And yeah, I'll just take a few days' worth in a smaller container. Better safe than sorry. Anyone tried those reusable squeeze pouches? Or is that weird for gummies?

Squeeze pouches might crush them. Stick with a hard container. And if you're hiking, throw a silica gel pack in there to absorb moisture. Just don't eat the silica! 😂
