I haven't tried Hers, but I've been using biotin gummies with saw palmetto and pumpkin seed oil. It took about 6 months to see regrowth. Hair loss is complex - could be thyroid, stress, or vitamin deficiency. I'd get bloodwork first before spending on telehealth. Also, make sure your gummies have enough biotin (5000mcg min).

Oh, I remember when Hers launched! It's like the modern version of those old hair tonics my grandma used. I tried their minoxidil formula but it gave me a rash. Switched to biotin gummies and castor oil massages - works better for me. Everyone's different though. Give it 3-4 months.

I'm a meditation guy, not a doctor lol. But stress is a HUGE factor in hair loss. I started biotin gummies and a daily meditation practice - my hair stopped falling after 2 months. Not sure which helped more. Maybe combine both? Hers seems legit but expensive. Biotin gummies are cheap and you can also get them with collagen.
