# Country Life® Expands on Popular Maxi-Hair® Line with addition of Maxi-Hair® Skin & Nails Gummies with Hyaluronic Acid + Biotin The supplement aisle is getting a new, chewy option for those focused... https://www.example.com/country-life-maxi-hair-gummies Saw this and got curious. Anyone try these yet? I've been taking the original Maxi-Hair pills for a while but gummies are way more convenient. Wondering if the hyaluronic acid actually does anything for skin. Thoughts?

Interesting. I looked up the ingredients: biotin, hyaluronic acid, plus some vitamins. The research on oral hyaluronic acid for skin is still pretty limited, but there are some small studies showing it might help with moisture and elasticity. However, the dosage matters a lot. Country Life doesn't list the exact amount of HA per gummy on the front, so you'd have to check the supplement facts. Also, biotin can interfere with lab tests (thyroid, troponin), so if you're getting bloodwork, tell your doctor. Personally, I'd rather take a separate HA supplement with a known dose, but for convenience, this could be okay. Just don't expect miracles.

I remember when Maxi-Hair first came out in the 90s! My mom swore by it. She had the thickest hair ever. Now they're making gummies? That's wild. I'm a bit nostalgic for the horse pills, lol. But I guess gummies are easier to swallow. I might pick some up for old times' sake. Does anyone know if they taste good? I can't stand chalky vitamins.

Gummies for hair and nails? Bro, just eat more protein and lift heavy. Biotin is overrated unless you're actually deficient. I tried biotin once and it broke me out like crazy. If you want real results, focus on your diet and maybe a collagen supplement. But hey, if you like chewables, go for it. Just don't skip the gym.

As someone who's constantly on the go, gummies are a lifesaver. I don't have time to swallow 6 pills a day. I've been using a different brand's hair gummies and noticed less shedding after a couple months. Might switch to these since I like Country Life's quality. Does anyone know if they're vegan? That's a dealbreaker for me. Also, how many do you need to take to get the full dose? Some gummies require like 4 a day, which adds up fast.
