Hers Hair Review - anyone tried their biotin gummies?

I've been using Hers biotin gummies for 3 months. Noticed some new baby hairs but can't say it's a miracle. I pair them with collagen and a healthy diet. The gummies taste good though!
That's interesting! I read that biotin deficiency is rare, so supplements only help if you're actually deficient. But glad it's working for you. Do you think the other ingredients in Hers (like zinc) matter more?
lol I just take the gummies cuz they're tasty and I hope they help. Not super scientific about it. My hair feels thicker but it could be placebo. Either way, no complaints!
