So my 5-year-old got into the biotin gummies and ate half the bottle. He said they 'taste like gummy bears.' I'm freaking out a little – is he gonna be okay? He's a tiny dude. Also, any tips to keep them out of his reach??

Oh no, that's scary but also kinda funny? I bet he'll be fine, biotin is water-soluble so he'll just pee out the excess. But yeah, lock those up! I put mine in a high cabinet and my hubby still finds them... smh.

My daughter did the same thing when she was 4! Called the poison control and they said it's not toxic, just might cause upset stomach or acne. She had a rash for a few days but cleared up. Now I hide them in my office drawer. 😅

Haha, my wife once mistook my biotin gummies for a snack and ate a handful. She said they were 'chewy but not bad.' I told her they're for hair and nails, not for running fuel. Now we have a strict 'gummy rule' in our house.

LOL, this is why I only buy the sugar-free ones. No kid is gonna choose those over real candy. But seriously, maybe get a lockbox for supplements? Kids are like little ninjas.
