New study on Biotin gummies - legit or biased?
Hey fam, just saw this study about biotin gummies vs. tablets. Claims gummies have lower bioavailability but people prefer them. PMID: 12345678. Thoughts? Seems kinda sponsored by a tablet company if you ask me. 🤔
Yeah, I've seen that one. It's from a small sample size, only 30 people. I'd take it with a grain of salt. But I've been making my own biotin gummies at home with gelatin and powder, and they work fine for my nails. DIY all the way! 💪
I've read that study too. The authors have ties to a pharma company that makes tablets. So yeah, bias alert! But honestly, I still prefer gummies because they taste good and I actually remember to take them. Consistency > tiny bioavailability differences.
Good points Quinn and Iris! I'm leaning toward gummies still. Maybe I'll try a different brand with higher biotin content to compensate. Any recommendations? 🤷♂️
